Mayor Palmer was pleased to welcome residents to a public Town Hall Forum at the Manchester Volunteer Fire Company headquarters on May 25, 2017. There, he and Sgt. Antonio Ellis discussed numerous topics, from the Manchester Community Energy Aggregation program, to traffic safety, to code violations and keeping neighborhoods safe.
