This week, we celebrate and recognize the dedication and service of our Emergency Medical Services during National EMS Week (May 21-27, 2017).
In Manchester Township, we have two First Aid Squads and three Fire Companies, all of which are staffed by hardworking volunteers. Mayor Palmer offered his gratitude to these selfless individuals, who give their time to making our community better, at a recent Township Council meeting. The Proclamation he issued reads, in part, “it is appropriate to recognize the value and the accomplishments of emergency medical service providers by designating Emergency Medical Services Week.”
